Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. This is providing that the item(s) is in stock and available to dispatch.
If you place your order after 1pm Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order the next working day. If your order is placed at the weekend the item(s) will also be dispatched the next working day (Monday, providing it is not a bank holiday or public holiday).
In the rare event that we are unable to commit to dispatching your item(s) the same day we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to notify you of the issue.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if ordered before 1pm, Monday – Friday (not including bank holidays or public holidays). If ordered after 1pm your order will be dispatched the following day. Orders made on a weekend, bank holiday or public holiday we will aim to dispatch the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to dispatch the same day this is not a guarantee as problems can occur (i.e. item is out of stock, acts of God etc.). Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse with either Royal Mail, Yodel, Parcelforce or City Link it should take 2-5 working days to be delivered. If you have not received your goods in this time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If you are not in at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave a calling card confirming where your parcel is. Normally items are left in a secure place (i.e. with neighbour) or it has been taken to your local Post Office for collection. PLEASE NOTE:We are CLOSED all weekends and bank & public holidays therefore we will aim to dispatch your order on the next business day.
We accept Pre-Orders on products that are currently out of stock, which have a confirmed delivery date. On the product page you can see an estimated “delivery by” date based on when the stock is due to be delivered to us. Please note, whilst every effort is made to get your item to you as soon as possible, in some cases, matters beyond our control can cause a delay to your delivery – in this case we will provide an email update. You will be free to cancel your Pre-Order as long as you inform us before it is dispatched.
More Delivery Information
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
BFPO address - Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders 1kg upwards in total weight (inc. packaging). For enquiries related to this matter please e-mail email@example.com for assistance. For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 16th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area. Once an order has been dispatched – you may cancel an order if your order has been processed incorrectly, incorrectly dispatched and/or deemed faulty. Please refer to the Returns section.
