In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Bestway-uk.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Bestway-uk.com of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
The products sold on the Site are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, Bestway-uk.com do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from Bestway-uk.com.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control. Time is not of the essence.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
You may not permit, create unauthorized framing of, or deep linking to, the Site or the creation of derivative works thereof from any other website under your management or control.
In these Terms, ‘Intellectual Property Rights’ means patents, database rights, copyright, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and other similar rights, together with the right to apply for the protection of any such rights. For users purchasing goods or registering on the Site for the first time, all purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms Otherwise, such changes will be effective against existing users thirty days following posting of the amended version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following Bestway-uk.com’s posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. These Terms are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of United Kingdom.
Processing Of Orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by Bestway-uk.com. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and an added charge is made for shipping.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in UK. UK law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the Site.
Bestway-uk.com aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. Bestway-uk.com is not obliged to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking ‘Back’ link at the top right of all pages until you get to ‘your Shopping Basket’ where you can delete items and ‘Recalculate Total’. Alternatively you can click on ‘Your Basket’ in the top right of the screen and delete items in your basket. We can also accept cancellations by telephoning 0845 838 1813 during normal office hours. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time before the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order.
You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility.
All Prices are inclusive of VAT (@ 20%), but exclude carriage payments, which are added on to the checkout page. Bestway-uk.com’s products will be charged a flat-rate fee of £3.95 for 1-9 items and £9.95 for 10 or more.
We accept all major credit cards. All credit card payments are processed via a secure server and your card details are never transmitted un-encrypted. Payments must clear before any goods are despatched. If payment is made via credit or debit card, your transaction will appear as "merchantstores.co.uk" on your bank statement, as we process payments for multiple websites.
If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email to give you an expected date of delivery.
Card Authorisation: As part of our security checks to protect genuine cardholders, we may request authorisation from your card provider for an amount not exceeding the value of your order. In the event that we reject your offer to purchase or we accept your request to cancel this order please note that it may take several days before your card provider cancels this authorisation.
All Bestway products will be charged a flat-rate fee of £3.99 for UK mainland delivery. We aim to despatch within 24 hours, if the products are available for immediate dispatch. The order will be placed on a suitable delivery option and delivery is normally within 2-3 working days of the dispatch date.
Please Note: Customers ordering from Ireland or the Channel Islands are charged at a standard rate of £25. Any items that exceed weight or volume restrictions by our external couriers may need to pay an extra fee at the discretion of Direct Aftersales. A member of staff will contact you shortly after an order has been placed if the items will exceed a shipping rate of £24.
Our Main Delivery providers are Royal Mail, Yodel, Parclforce and City Link.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
Bestway-uk.com accepts orders to UK addresses & card holders only.
BFPO address - Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders 1kg upwards in total weight (inc. packaging). For enquiries related to this matter please e-mail sales@Bestway-uk.com for assistance.
For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
Once an order has been dispatched – you may cancel an order if your order has been processed incorrectly, incorrectly dispatched and/or deemed faulty. Please refer to the Returns section

In case any fraudulent activity is detected on the website, or, without limitation, in connection with the breach of intellectual property rights through the use of the website, we may release personal information in order to comply with any applicable regulation or assert our rights as well as our business partners. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Bestway-uk.com.
Your satisfaction is our aim. You have the right to return any products, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.
It is extremely important that when returning any product it is packaged in a manner that will protect the product from damage in transit. The product remains your responsibility until it has been returned to us. If the product has been purchased and within the first 7 days of its arrival you find that it is not exactly what you wanted you may return the product to us, assuming the following: A. The product(s) has been unused. B. The product(s) is in the original packaging. C. The product(s) has not been tampered with. D. The product(s) is fit for resale when we receive it back to our warehouse. E. The postage costs for returns of unwanted products are your responsibility.
Please Note: Written notice of a Return Request is essential and must be emailed to email@example.com prior to return. We will then issue you with a Returns number which you add to your Returns form printed on the reverse of your dispatch note or downloaded below. The item must then be returned to us at the address stated on this Returns form in mint condition (unless reported damaged/faulty) with the completed returns form enclosed.
Assuming the above terms and conditions are met we will refund your money minus the original cost of delivery. If we are notified after 7 days of purchase we will also charge a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees charged by our bank.
If the product has been returned due to a fault, we will examine the product and if the product has been found to have a manufacturing fault we will immediately refund your money and the original shipping costs and the costs incurred by you to send the item back to us to a maximum cost of £10.00, or, if requested replace the goods with new. If the product has failed due to mistreatment or improper use we will carry out repairs to your product at your cost and also charge for re-delivery.
